Multi-station mobile spray booth

The net internal size of the room body is 16m long x 7m wide x 6m high, this set of products can be moved along the track as a whole, the painting area is set up a total of three workstations, each workstation corresponds to the installation of an exhaust air outlet. Electric lifting door is installed at the end of the room body inlet and outlet parts, which can be opened and closed quickly. Three axial fans are installed on the top of the spraying room to send air to the spraying room. After filtering and purifying in the static pressure chamber, the air flows evenly to the spraying room, forming a wind screen around the workers and avoiding the harm of paint mist to the operators.

This set of equipment has the characteristics of neat and generous appearance, strong and durable inner wall.

High degree of automation, the equipment can be started and stopped by one key, and the door can be opened and closed by remote control. The sealing effect is good, the upper part of the room is equipped with air supply fan, when working, the whole spraying room is under negative pressure, and there is no paint-containing waste gas spillage.

The paint spraying room is operated in the way of upward air supply and downward air exhaust. Under the action of orderly airflow, the air containing paint mist passes through the weighted grille and enters into the exhaust gutter. The efficiency of paint mist absorption through multi-stage filtration is not less than 90 per cent.
