JISCO New Business Company was founded in July 1994, in accordance with the policy of reforming the main body of state-owned enterprises and auxiliary industries, in 2007, the company was separated from the group to become a real market-oriented, standardised joint-stock enterprise. The headquarter of the company is located at 166 Zhaoyi Road, Guodian Street, Licheng District, Jinan City, with a registered capital of RMB 50 million yuan, fixed assets of RMB 156 million yuan, and an office production park of 70,000 square metres. Existing staff 190 people, including 22 high school-level professional and technical people. There are three management departments: General Office, Operations Management Department, Finance Department; six subsidiaries: Shandong Jokang Environmental Protection Equipment Co. Five production units: laser processing centre, heat treatment of metal components, annealing, shot blasting, descaling and paint spraying, heat-shrinkable tape processing and manufacturing, steel trading and warehousing and logistics. It has won the honours of Shandong Province contract-abiding and credit-abiding enterprise, advanced unit of safety production, Jinan May Day Labour Certificate, Jinan Innovation and Efficiency Group (Worker's Pioneer), five-star party branch in Lichicheng District, advanced trade union, Guodian Street Outstanding Contribution to the Promotion of Local Economy Unit and so on, and meanwhile, it actively buttresses with the higher authorities and joins the Entrepreneurs' Association Salon, the General Association of Charities, and the Chamber of Commerce of the Steel Trade, and participates in collaborative help and public welfare activities, the external image and reputation of the enterprise has been enhanced.
